(Pre-Renovation)

Featuring a great blend of both modern tile and traditional earthy colors, this Newmarket bathroom renovation delivers both an updated space with a feeling of warmth.
The floor tile of this bathroom floor meshes perfectly with the veining of the shower wall tile while still exhibiting a distinct different look given it being a hexagonal shaped tile. Although not being an ensuite off a master bedroom, this bathroom was given a double sink configuration due to it being the only bathroom on the main floor of this small semi-detached house. A couple of great aspects that came along with this piece being used as the bathroom vanity were the fact that it was originally designed and used as a bedroom dresser. This meant the price tag for such an item was pennies compared to a store bought comparable version, and the smaller front to back depth meant that it protruded less into the room maximizing the amount of walking space around it. With this bathroom getting most of the use in the home, a double vanity installation meant a big boost in convenience for the homeowners sharing this bathroom.
